Registration Deadlines

January 21 - February 1: Late Registration

Cancellations and Refunds

Registration fees for the conference are encumbered immediately, and applied to fixed costs with the venue, catering, online services, and conference materials.

However, emergencies arise and we recognize that even the best of intentions are sometimes thwarted. Thus, if an attendee must cancel his or her registration, refunds of registration fees follow this scale:

  • Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the Conference will be refunded 100% of registration fees.
  • Registrations cancelled 29 or less but more than 14 days before the Conference will be refunded 50% of registration fees.
  • Registrations cancelled 14 days or less before the Conference will not be eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be processed after the Conference has concluded.
